Ordering from Wayfair was excellent, quick and damage free. The manufacturer product setup instructions though horribly written, no written instructions with the product but found them online. The glass top was shipped very well, that i don't know how to take off the protection cover, with 2 screws written labeled not to unscrew. Do i assume the unlabeled screws can be unscrewed. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range!
