This portable air conditioner is a great choice for versatile cooling! The unit has 2 cooling and fan speeds and a 24 hour timer to create a cooling schedule. The auto-swing air vent helps direct the flow of air where it's needed most whether cooling, dehumidifying or just circulating air. If there is a power outage, the auto restart feature will automatically turn your unit back on when power is restored. Easy rolling casters allow you to efficiently move the unit to another location. The TOTO T40 WASHLET+® Aquia IV One-Piece Elongated Dual Flush 1.28 and 0.9 GPF Toilet and WASHLET® S5 Bidet Seat is designed to conceal the WASHLET power cord and water supply hose for a seamless installation. Part of the newly redesigned S series, the WASHLET S5 features a built in night light, a soft rear spray, rear cleanse, and front cleanse with the option of an oscillating or pulsating stream. The temperature and pressure of the water are adjustable, each with five settings. The controls are located on a slim, wireless remote. PREMIST® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The S5 model utilizes TOTO's EWATER+® system when the wand self-cleans. EWATER+ transforms the water into a safe and powerful compound, creating peace of mind by cleaning the inside and outside of the wand before and after every use. The WASHLET features a heated SoftClose® seat with five temperature settings. The WASHLET features an air deodorizer and a warm air dryer with five temperature settings. The Aquia IV comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in, but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter.
