The packaging form the manufacture is not great and the first one was delivered with a shattered tank. Wayfair is great in their response to get another one sent out immediately. Purchased this in Sedona beige. The plastic toilet seat and the porcelain toilet base are two different shades. The plastic toilet seat is more yellow than the base. Unfortunately the seat is what you see predominantly when walking into a bathroom. It does not match the decor as we have cool beige. Nice toilet, one should pay attention to the water supply as mine interfered with the body of the toilet! I had to replace it with a 1/4 turn valve. Also anyone who is replacing a Toto toilet should leave the old mounting bracket in place as the screws will fit into the old plastic mounts. This way you only have to drill 2 holes for the trap.. Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. The lid is soft closing so no more slamming of the cover. Feels great and looks just as clean and sleek.
