This toilet exceeded expectations. The design is sleek and modern, and the skirted base gives it a very clean, high-end look in the bathroom. The Universal Height is comfortable, and the one-piece construction makes cleaning much easier. Performance-wise, it’s excellent. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. We have not yet installed the toilet so I don't yet know how well it works but the size and look are great. The packaging form the manufacture is not great and the first one was delivered with a shattered tank. Wayfair is great in their response to get another one sent out immediately. Nice toilet, one should pay attention to the water supply as mine interfered with the body of the toilet! I had to replace it with a 1/4 turn valve. Also anyone who is replacing a Toto toilet should leave the old mounting bracket in place as the screws will fit into the old plastic mounts. This way you only have to drill 2 holes for the trap.. I am so excited for my new tankless toilet!! I love the foot flusher and how easy it will be to clean. That being said, it is the heaviest toilet in history... I helped my husband install it but I thought I was going to pull my back out or have a heart attack while doing so. Make sure you have help to install or pay someone to do it. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one.
