Were remodeling a house and the original air conditioning system was slightly undersized both in the kitchenutility and the living room. They were always either too hot or cold with not enough airflow. The current AC condenser is a 2-ton which is a little undersized for this home, but still fairly new, 5 or 6 years. We chose to keep the current AC and purchased this two head mini split. Its a perfect solution for our problem. Very easy to install. My husband installed it with a little help from me. This is a perfect solution for those DIYers. It came with the template and wonderful instructions and all the accessories, line set and wiring and remotes for each head. I got this 14,000 BTU window AC for my workshop here in Florida, and honestly it’s been a lifesaver in the heat. My shop gets brutally hot during the afternoons, especially with tools running and the sun beating on the building, but this unit cools the space down way faster than I expected. Within about 15-20 minutes you can actually feel a huge difference. Installation was pretty straightforward, and once mounted it feels solid and secure. I like that it has multiple modes including eco, sleep, dehumidifier, and fan settings because Florida humidity is no joke. The dehumidifier feature really helps take that sticky feeling out of the air. It’s also quieter than I thought a 14,000 BTU unit would be. I had used this type of air conditioner at an Air BnB and really like it, this was main reason for ordering this one and it is great. I especially like that it is a converter unit and can be used year-round for cooling in the summer and for heat in the winter. The greatest advantage, I think is the savings on your electric bill from not having to cool the entire house. The inverter option is great for any place with short winters for the same reason noted above, no furnace needed! I heat up a room for the cold hours of the night and that’s it. The remote control is a must, but it works great with the thermostat so I just set the temperature I like and that’s it! The room stays at a comfortable temperature. My husband was able to do most of the installation. It was relatively easy to install the unit on the wall with parts that are included, we only had a certified electrician do the the connection and final install of the unit. I really like this king size bed. I have a bad lower back and I have been unable to sleep in the bed we had before this one. And that bed cost us about 1,000. This bed from Wayfair cost a lot less than and it is so comfortable! I can sleep through the night and my back doesnt hurt in the morning. My husband loves it too. It also doesnt make me hot at night. It came in a box, and was vacuum sealed. They mean it when they say stay out of the way when you open it. I put it on one side of the bed, where it would unroll out to the other side while opening. It almost took out my cat. Lol. It also doesnt have an odor like some new beds. The DVAG30L Direct Vent Wall Heater from Ashley Hearth products makes the perfect solution for zoned heating. The space-saving direct vent furnace design mounts to an exterior wall and the adjustable vent assembly adjusts to fit walls from 4-1/2 inches to 10 inches thick. For clean, comfortable heat when and where you want it, the gas flame is completely sealed inside, away from all contact with room air. Air necessary for combustion is drawn into the chamber from outside through the vent and combustion products are vented directly to the outside. Only clean, gentle heat, in continuous circulation, is delivered into the room. Windows and doors stay closed because no room air is used for combustion. The DVA30L direct vent propane wall furnace is designed to heat up to 425 Sq. Ft. and has a 25,000 BTU input.

Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin.
