We love our new outdoor kitchen! Looks like the pictures. With a little tweaking of the castors we were able to get them all lined up perfect. Update 524 Contacted Wayfair the day I found my dented bottom piece. They got me in touch with Monument Grills the same day through their support. Monument Grills shipped out a new replacement base plate and I received it today. Excellent customer service. Changed my review from one star to 4. Would of made it a 5 if I didnt have to go through having to contact Support in the first place. Used the grill a few times now. Cooks great. Came dented. I read numerous reviews stating theirs were dented. I decided to roll the dice. No luck. My dent was on the side of the lower base plate. It affected the uniform shape of the grill. Really had to tighten screws to get things to go. The right door just falls off when I open it because the lower peg is slightly unaligned. Hopefully I can contact someone and get this replaced. The instructions were crystal clear, and everything lined up perfectly. I did have one quick question about the setup, and their customer service team (contact info was right on the manual) was incredibly professional and friendly. Its rare to get a real human who actually knows the product! The build quality is top-notch—it feels heavy-duty and has that high-end outdoor kitchen look. One of the biggest selling points for me was the versatility. It’s set up for LPG, but I wanted to hook it up to my home’s gas line. I just bought the Natural Gas conversion kit from the same store, and it made the switch super easy. The cooking surface is massive (871 sq. in. is no joke), and the heat distribution is very even.
