I cant really write much about this product because I did not realize just how small they are, so I can not use this product because I need the connectors to be spaced out more for my kitchen light. What I can write about these bulbs are that they are very durable as they are extremely thick. Upon insecting these, they are really high quality. They are tiny. My thumb is almost the same size as these. My mother has a chandelier type of light, so if the take this type of connector and not the screw in bulbs, I will test them on hers. OR because I am satisfied with the quality of these, I will by a light that takes these bulbs specifically. The shipping was amazing. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings.
