This was a great addition to my sunroom to replace my older 10K btu model that couldn’t keep up with the extreme colder temps (20°Fs and below). This space is not heated so my Mr. Heater acts as the primary source. I only have to turn the setting to 3 to heat the room and then down to 2. The thermostat does a good job shutting the unit on and off as needed. I replaced a broken Mr Heater Buddy with 2 of these for emergency heat. Not great for indoor use, more suited to a garage. But the Buddy's gas lines got clogged (probably insects) sitting in storage. I needed something resilient that doesn't break while it sleeps and can be set up and packed away easily. This fit the bill perfectly. We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring.
