This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex. My reason for the 4 versus 5 rating is that there is no easy way to find out where or who handles repairs and how I would get the chair to them. After assembly it will not fit back in the box. Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years!
