I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring. We spend a ton of time enjoying our patio year round and these heaters were put to the test and passed with flying colors. The heaters were easy to operate with the remote controls and they provided a surprisingly decent amount of heat for residential units. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power.
