One it is made for people taller that 5’3” but I can deal with it. It was fairly easy to assemble but pretty heavy (brought into house and assembled by 60year old woman). Instructions only show 2 cords coming from chair. But this chair has 3 cords and no place to plug it into. I’m assuming that wire/cord controls headrest because the headrest doesn’t work/move.
