I ordered this for my home office after looking at hundreds of recliners online. I wanted heat and massage, zero gravity, a drink holder, and options for charging my phone and tablet. This one checked all those boxes, but was a lift chair. I didn’t really need that feature, but thought it might come in handy eventually, haha. The chair arrived in three boxes exactly a week after I ordered it. A friend helped me set it up in 20-30 minutes. I really like the comfort and looks of this recliner. I live on a farm, and the brown leather and generous sizing should stand up to dirty jeans and big guys. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! One it is made for people taller that 5’3” but I can deal with it. It was fairly easy to assemble but pretty heavy (brought into house and assembled by 60year old woman). Instructions only show 2 cords coming from chair. But this chair has 3 cords and no place to plug it into. I’m assuming that wire/cord controls headrest because the headrest doesn’t work/move. This recliner arrived quickly and came in a huge box. You’ll need an extra hand to carry it around in place. Another great thing is assembly was so easy. You only insert the back rest to the base or the seat, and then attach the cords together, plug in and you’re ready to enjoy. I love that the control is already integrated on the side of the chair. So no dangling controller with cords everywhere like other power recliners. Another good thing about this recliner is that it swivels. So you can easily rotate it where you want it to face. With other heavy recliners, it’s hard to move the entire chair if you want it to face a different direction. Swivel makes it easier! I’m pleasantly surprised by how convincing the faux leather looks — it gives the appearance of real leather without the high-maintenance feel. The chair itself feels sturdy, well-made, and overall great quality. One of my favorite features is the lift function it’s especially helpful on the knees and makes getting up much easier and more comfortable. The vibrationmassage feature is okay — pretty much what you’d expect from a chair in this category. It’s not luxurious, but it does add a little extra comfort and definitely isn’t enough to take away a star.
