Recliner came quickly. All other recliners would take weeks to months to receive. So I chose this one, got here in days. Suggest having someone there to accept packages, it came in 3 boxes - not on the same day. One box which was "extremely" heavy & I could not lift by myself. Suggest setting up delivery time with FedEx. It took my friend only 10min to assemble. It is a perfect size for me. I am a 5'6" female with "extremely" long legs. The foot rest is extended & fits my legs that are the same length as my 6'2" brother's. Where my feet rest on the "extension" portion and it does not cut me off at the ankles (with my feet dangling & unsupported as most other recliners do). Looks nice & is sturdy, the massage feature is amazing, the heat feature is warm not hot like you may envision. The motorized features are extremely helpful and offer a plethora of positions. I slept in it last night! I have a back injury currently and it is helping already. The cell charger is a great added bonus. I would not say it a "Tall Man" Recliner. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! I highly recommend this chair to anyone that wants a comfortable and beautiful recliner! Wonderful chair! I got this for my husband and he loves it! The chair comes in 2 big boxes but is very easy to put together. It is very comfortable. I will note that this is not for tall people. My husband is 5'7" and it fits fine but anything much taller and your feet are going to hang off when you are reclining. For us it works perfect. The message is strong. The heat is nice but not too hot. It has a USB port, which we haven't used but is nice for when you need to charge your phone. I also like the that the remote has a home button. So you don't have to mess with all the button, just hit home and it automatically goes back. The leather feels really nice and doesn't feel cheap at all. ok this chair is the BEST thing ever!!! Seriously so comfortable, it has built in cupholders, it has heat which is amazing, and it says its massage but it's just a vibration feature that I don't personally like. The recline and lift works seamless and easily. the comfort is 10/10/ it's supportive, very high back and yet still so much cushion. it lays down flat so really ready to safely sleep in with high enough sides you won't roll out. Assembly was easy- 4 pieces and under 10 minutes.
