One it is made for people taller that 5’3” but I can deal with it. It was fairly easy to assemble but pretty heavy (brought into house and assembled by 60year old woman). Instructions only show 2 cords coming from chair. But this chair has 3 cords and no place to plug it into. I’m assuming that wire/cord controls headrest because the headrest doesn’t work/move. The chair arrived safely in two well-packaged boxes that were manageable for two people to bring indoors. After unboxing and verifying all the components against the clear, concise instructions, the assembly process was straightforward with minimal steps. The instructions were crystal clear, and assembly was a snap. A quick tip for assembly grab a partner to help steady the backrest while you line up the brackets—it makes the process much easier than going solo. While the build is simple, having a second person assist with aligning the backrest brackets is highly recommended for precision.
