Because many reviewers took close-up photos, it appears larger in the pictures than it actually is. I placed mine next to a Kleenex box and a 32 oz bottle so you can get a better sense of its true height. In other reviews, the solar panel is shown on the side of the dog’s body, but the one I received has the panel on the back—which I actually prefer. Even though it’s small, it’s very cute and perfect for dog lovers. I placed mine in one of my rock beds, and if it were any smaller, it probably wouldn’t look right. The butterfly lights up brightly and stayed illuminated all night. This is a gorgeous quality set!
