The leather on this couch has held up really well, but the “button” divot has popped out in a few areas. The couch is sturdy, but the arms are kind of high and hard to rest your head on. I am in love with this couch. I ordered the green and it’s beautiful. It’s firm which I wanted because I am old and sinking into a couch can be the end for me. The height is perfect (I am 5”3) and the seats are wide enough for comfort. The chaise is the perfect length to lay on and even someone tall could comfortably lay on the long part with no issues. The delivery crew were fantastic! Great communication and they were so quick and polite. Juan was the best helping me figure out the best place for the couch, I appreciate him so much. I've had this chaise/sectional going on two years now. For the most part, it has held up pretty well and looks good in my apartment. However, the MAJOR issue I have with the product is it's advertised as being faux leather. But when it arrived, the material was definitely not faux leather--but more like a faux suede. I specifically wanted a leather-like material because suede material is more delicate than leather and requires a lot to keep clean, especially during times of high use. That said, I decided to keep it anyway, because it does look good and I didn't feel like going through the process to send it back. It is easy to clean, though, when there is a spill or dirt gets on it. Spills and dirt do come out completely without leaving a stain. I use a rag and fabric cleaner. But the caveat to consider is I'm rather religious about cleaning it as soon as any spills and whatnot get on it. Plus, I don't have any kids or pets. If I did, I would have sent this back because this fragile material would probably be torn to shreds not long after purchasing it with either or, or both.. Lamont. Dallas, TX. Thu Mar 12 2026

I have had this sofa for 2 years & 3 months. My only wish is that they offered a faux leather version. I have 5 big rescue dogs who all lay on the sofa & watch TV with me. That's around 390LBS of dog plus another 140LB for me. The dog run, jump, wallow, & play all on it for the whole time I have had it & it is still holding up really well. I have washed the cushion covers in my washing machine about a year ago & they came out looking brand new. The only thing that would make it perfect it to have a leather version so it could be wiped off & not have to worry about getting a hint of dog smell to it.
