This is a nice, big, heated towel rack! We love the finish—we were looking for more of an antique brass finish, but this one was gold, not too shiny, and worked perfectly. This is the best!!! I’ve never felt so confidently clean leaving the restroom. The remote is easy to use once you learn the symbols and it adjusts the heat of the seat, heat of the water and the distance that the cleaning and drying wands come out to get a personalized experience. We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
