I do find it next to impossible to get everything locked back into place so something does not fall out when I open it up, but the drill has worked well, and the Allen wrenches have come in handy. Exactly as described, but does NOT come with the accessory bag. The manual is useless, although you dont really need it. I took a star off for shipping. It was supposed to be here on Sunday, then changed to Tuesday, then changed times on Tuesday three times, then finally changed to Wednesday. (And apparently the shipping label was unreadable and needed replaced at some point.) And then FedEx not only delivered to the wrong address, but just left the box on the street basically. Oh, and the box was damaged, one corner was open. Anyway, the item itself isn't fancy, its basic, but it will work for its intended purpose. I watched some reviews before I purchased, and its exactly as described. It isn't huge, so if you need something bigger go with a different brand. All in all, youre getting the advertised item.
