I got this 14,000 BTU window AC for my workshop here in Florida, and honestly it’s been a lifesaver in the heat. My shop gets brutally hot during the afternoons, especially with tools running and the sun beating on the building, but this unit cools the space down way faster than I expected. Within about 15-20 minutes you can actually feel a huge difference. Installation was pretty straightforward, and once mounted it feels solid and secure. Nice sized portable air conditioner. Very easy and straightforward to assemble and set up. They provide a hose and enclosure to set up out a screen. This one we set up inside an enclosed porch to use when it gets to max humidity in the summer and so far it has really helped to be able to sit in the porch.
