The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. I have gotten so many compliments on the style, size, and function of the tub. Luxury and function. It's a very heavy duty stone material. I have hard well water that hasn't seemed to stain or cause issues but it does come with a light grain sand paper if you do have any small stains or issues. 10/10 no notes.
