Super solid, heavy well made metal. No plastics like others. Super stylish..The handles streak a little when you wash/wipe them down but well worth a very quick wipe with a cloth or paper towel. Highly recommend the whole set - see photo (faucet, towel bars, toilet paper holder, and there's a tank handle too). Really great price for this quality and style.
