The chairs are fantastic. The instructions to put together were a little confusing because you have to do a few steps before the arm can attach and that wasn't clear. I ordered 2 chairs for my kitchen. I like that the chairs are made of ash, a hardwood. I expect them to hold up well. The arms and overall style make them very comfortable. One of the chairs will benefit from stain touchups at the joinery point in the back and on the inside of one arm, but these are minor issues.
