I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. I ordered 2 chairs for my kitchen. I like that the chairs are made of ash, a hardwood. I expect them to hold up well. The arms and overall style make them very comfortable. One of the chairs will benefit from stain touchups at the joinery point in the back and on the inside of one arm, but these are minor issues. Product is nice quality. I was able to put it together by myself, and I'm not one for being handy in anyway. I just wish the instructions had been a little clearer for the back panels. Like I said, I'm not used to doing stuff like this, and needed some direction on how the panels in back were supposed to face. Now, they are in backwards because I didn't realize until it was all together. But the drawers cover the top part, and the back isn't too visible. This dresser fits perfectly in my bedroom! I love the rattan drawers as it breaks up the black but still looks nice! These drawers open nearly all the way (not quite 100 but about 34) and you can open multiple drawers at the same time, this is a huge plus as there are many dressers that do not open fully or you can only do one at a time. I don’t have any children in the house so I don’t have to worry about the safety feature The only downside is this had major off gassing. If you’re sensitive to smells then you’re gonna need to let this air out for about a week. I have very good air purifier and ran it on high for about five days and left all the drawers open. This is why I took off a star. There is a decent amount of space in these drawers and I’m satisfied overall. The feet are adjustable so if your floor is uneven you can adjust them so that the dresser is level. There was a couple small brown spots due to the natural material used, not a dealbreaker. . Karma. needed a floating vanity for bathroom remodel and this one worked as had perfect dimensions. We have to have to modify the interior shelves/drawer to fit the piping but it wasn't a problem as its for a guest bathroom. I was going less stars because it is darker wood that I thought and the fact that you have to put it together. However, I found the assembly very tolerable. I did it alone, took about 5 hours, but everything went very smooth. I only needed a good Phillips head screwdriver. The cabinet is beautiful, heavy nice wood, very good quality. After installation I could not be more pleased with this piece. It fits perfect in my narrow bathroom. The drawers are sturdy, did need to give enough space for the side cabinet to open fully..
