It's a decent cabinet for the price point. It came well packaged and even though the packaging was damaged in shipping, the cabinet was fine. The legs are slender, so I'm wondering about their durability. The paint job could have been better. I have to do some touch up at the joints if the front pieces. needed a floating vanity for bathroom remodel and this one worked as had perfect dimensions. We have to have to modify the interior shelves/drawer to fit the piping but it wasn't a problem as its for a guest bathroom. Given that I got this for $1000 OFF it's fantastic. The back & seat cushions are all too soft. If I had paid full price I would return it but for the price I paid it's great. I would not recommend paying over $650 MAX for this sofa. It is a very good size for a love seat, larger than most.
