Very easy to put together, and the texture is nice. Doesn't feel like a plain barstool and holds a 249lb man well and sturdy. So far the cushion has been comfy and firm. I searched far and wide for dining arm chairs, I sat in 100 chairs at least over the last two months and could find nothing. Given that I got this for $1000 OFF it's fantastic. The back & seat cushions are all too soft. If I had paid full price I would return it but for the price I paid it's great. I would not recommend paying over $650 MAX for this sofa. It is a very good size for a love seat, larger than most.
