This carpet is just wonderful! I am so proud to own it. It looks just like the picture, perfect size and opens up options for a variety of accent colors, like my dark teal. My lighting and furniture are still in the works, but from just the in progress photo you can see how nice the pattern is. Some rugs were too dark or didn’t have a nice looking design. This is perfect - just as described (grey, ivory). Perhaps it’s an illusion but ice blue is probably what I notice when the darker and lighter greys mix). It’s not shag cozy, but it’s soft and I laid and sat for hours and it was very comfortable. The pile height is perfect for being able to open my front door over it while still feeling thick and looking expensive, high quality. I didn’t have to work on the few creases and curls upward on the corners. They were naturally flat within hours. I just couldn’t be happier. If you’re on the fence or stuck comparing, buy this!. This is the perfect 9x12 rug for our family room! I bought a different cheaper rug initially, and there is a sizeable difference in the quality. This one is much thicker, denser, and has a perfect pattern for hiding stains or spills. That said, I wouldn't pay full price for the rug. We got it on sale and I feel like it's well worth it.
