It runs very quietly, which was important to us, and the airflow is great for a larger room with higher ceilings. The smart features and remote are also convenient and easy to use. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that ours seems to have a slight wobble when running, even after installation, so it doesn’t feel perfectly balanced or leveled. LOVE LOVE LOVE this and so does everyone else! So unique and well made a bit on the heavier side but not too bad. One side or rock crystals were a bit on the smaller side than the other side of rock crystals but I believe its supposed to be that way and not uniform totally I still think when it was assembled at the manufacturer they could have done a bit better job of that hence 4 stars not 5...all in all though we do love it!.
