This item was also perfect! Some damage was present, thankfully not on the person. The stand support is leftover scraps reused-I want to appreciate that, but it doesn’t look great. Assembly was frustrating because it stated there was film to remove on tape. I had to use glue which means it could damage when disassembled. Brave is visible from the front and it falls over easily-takes a bit of fiddling to get it in the correct place to stand Overall, quite a bit of money for something that’s not easy to pop up.. I am adding more black accents throughout my home. I selected this piece for my master bath and am happy with my purchase. I took off one star because there was damage to one corner of the frame. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. This innovative KOHLER® Anthem+ system controller acts as the wiring center and brain for the Anthem showering system, providing connections for every component and powering the digital control. To create an immersive Anthem showering experience, this system controller requires the Anthem+ digital control and an Anthem digital thermostatic valve. Beyond that, everything is customizable — with the option to add up to 12 water outlets, plus steam enhancements.

We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings.
