I finally accomplished it through the use of small needle-nosed jewelry pliers because my tapered, female fingers were too large to insert tiny clips through small holes, to hold the wheels in place. There are several listings for this stroller on the WayFair website. Some listings show a soft padded interior cushion. The one I received did not have a removable interior cushion. Once it’s assembled, this stroller moves smoothly and is easy to maneuver, with a spacious interior. Appears to be relatively heavy-duty and well made. It is certainly long enough to serve as we expected for our old fat beagle to use to get up into my truck, on the couch and possibly onto the bed again. Rocky has arthritis in his hips and we do a lot of lifting of his aft end to get him up the back steps, into the truck and onto the couch. The ramp is long enough to make the grade favorable and not so steep he cannot negotiate most "climbs" as needed. The ramp is very compact when collapsed, yet quite strong when extended for use.
