I noticed when I put it together, the screws on one arm didnt seem to feel the same way as the other arm. Then pop, all the screws popped out along with metals rings I assume were trying to hold it in. When discussing getting a replacement arm, the vendor stated it wasnt available as they were in the process of upgrading the arms, not surprised. So I wouldnt recommend buying it now. That aside, it was a comfortable chair. However, dont listen to the title of zero clearance it is not zero wall clearance, they state on the description 8 inches from the wall. Not if you want zero gravity. I needed 12 clearance to not hit the wall. For tall people like myself, unfortunately when you lift up, the legrest hits on the calf which is a bit uncomfortable. But overall, if it didnt break, I wouldve kept it. The material is soft and comfortable. But hopefully you dont have to return it. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. This bed is amazing. I total life saver. After spending a month in the hospital and close to 3 in a physical rehabilitation center, I needed a shorter bed that was adjustable. I feel in love with this bed before I even ordered it. I just knew it was the one. I went from adjustable queen from another company that I needed a step stool to get into. To an xl twin happily with some elastic sheet straps my beloved snoopy sheets fit on my bed and if I have company I can my extra pillows and turn it into a day bed type side so we can watch tv.
