We purchased these pendants for our kitchen. They arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Our electrician dropped one while they were being installed and the globe shattered. I called Wayfair, expecting to have to pay for a replacement. Wayfair put me in contact with the manufacturer who replaced the globe without charge. The replacement arrived 3 days later and is now hung and matches perfectly. There was a more expensive light, that we were considering. This is a pretty little fountain, the colors are more vibrant than I expected, which I love. The designs are very pretty and it seems well made. It is also a small fountain, more for like a desk than say an entry way. The only real issue I have with it is that the pump is louder than the water trickling sounds.
