I have this rug in several sizes though out my house. It is fairly think and well made. The runners and small round one I have do not really shed and have held up great. This vinyl film was so worth the purchase. The price seemed reasonable and the concrete pattern is really attractive and almost realistic. I used it to cover MDF countertops for a quick kitchen upgrade. They were easy to apply and trim to fit the counters. If I needed to adjust them I could do so before the adhesive set completely. Over the first 24 hours it was on the air bubbles appeared but were easy to push to the edge and out. This rug is great for taking the cold chill off a tile floor. It is well made. We have furniture setting on two corners so the rug would not move. I would suggest a non-skid pad on a hard surface just to prevent sliding if there is no furniture on it. The edges are sewn well so the rug lays very flat on the edges. We were concerned about a rug being a tripping hazard but this rug does not because it lays very flat.
