Beautiful high quality rug. It is less dark and more bluish than the photos suggested. We are ok with that and aware that a hand knotted rug may vary. It still surprised us how blue the rug really is. It is very interesting how the white stripes are not achieved by using white wool knotting, but rather represent "missing" dark wool and the white is the backing of the rug.
