So I bought all three versions of the air balloon, solar lantern, this being the rainbow version. I believe this is a much newer model than the other ones as it has a light that goes down into the basket as opposed to the other ones. This one also came in more modern Styrofoam that doesn’t fall apart with little pieces of it all over your house static electricity stuck to your walls forever. They were as bright as I hoped they would be. But they are fairly bright. And you dont need batteries because you just charge in the sun. They are handy to have if the electricity goes out. They dont light up much more than the immediate area so the light doesnt extend much outward. But you do get four so thats a bonus. And they are really cute. Very nice high quality chair perfect for a low counter or kitchen island. The seat is almost 26 inches high which does not work for higher counter top seating. But I do love the quality materials made from Hawaiian sea grass the delicate pattern really stands out. I highly recommend this chair but be careful to measure the height.. Julie.
