I had a hard time deciding how to rate this console table. I ended up deciding on 5 stars because the quality is beyond any expectations for a flat-packed, build-your-own piece of furniture. It is EXTREMELY heavy and sturdy and just glows "high-end". My reservations came about rating it because of the assembly process. I've assembled over 100 pieces of furniture - this one had me challenged due to the POOR instructions. Pieces were missing their part numbers, which, coupled with poor drawings in the instructions, led me to rebuild parts several times. Seems to be made of quality, heavy duty wood. It comes in three boxes and took about two hours to put together. The blue section is not attached in anyway so you could choose to not use it. This is a great cabinet however, there have been issues. The first one arrived damaged and Wayfair sent a furniture repair person to fix. It was too badly damaged and was replaced within three weeks. The second unit came in great condition, service was great however, upon further inspection, the touch-latch for the bottom drawer isn't functional. Hopefully an easy repair.
