This LG portable AC has honestly been a lifesaver during the heat. It cools my room quickly, keeps the temperature comfortable for hours, and runs much quieter than I expected. I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. I will give this a 4 because overall I like the appearance and the sturdiness of this rain barrel. However I had to make some alterations to this barrel to suit my needs. First of all the hose holder is insufficient as it is currently configured. It doesn't seat tightly in the hole provided and sometimes comes off when removing the hose. I cut off the 2 prongs on the back so the back was flat. I used a stainless-steel screw to attach it to the barrel. Problem solved, It works great. Second- The openings on the black top cover are a bit too large and will let more debris in than desired. I cut a piece of screen to fit over it and attached it with 6 four inch wire ties. Problem solved, It works great. Third- The nipple at the bottom of the barrel that the hose clamps too is rather small in diameter and a potential weak spot over time IMO. I cut it off, drilled a 1 and an eighth inch hole and replaced it with a bulkhead adapter to fit a standard garden hose. Works great. If you are somewhat handy all these are doable.. Louis.
