I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG So yes, I got this product as a gift through my son but everything I'm saying is completely honest. This is the most elegant laundry machine I have ever seen and it feels like you can put an endless amount of clothes in the washer before it's full. I'm still learning all the washer settings but so far it's been pretty easy to learn. The touchscreen makes it very easy to use. When it's running it's really quiet when you consider how much it's washing. I tried the fast wash mode the other day and it was done in 30 minutes. It's a really complete and luxorious washing machine... And I never thought I would say the word luxorious when talking about a washing machine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp, etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast. Trying to stay on top of that but it's a bit of a bummer for such an expensive item. They should fix this!. Acm71. NC. Wed Dec 11 2024
