First a note on materials: The fabric IS NOT CANVAS but Oxford fabric. This is not meant as a complaint. The two are very comparable, but if you are set on canvas you should be aware of the substitution. Other than that I am very favorably impressed Setup was straightforward and easy for one person. It holds its shape without sagging after several days. Ventilation with the internal vents open is more than adequate. It has stood up to two days of stormy weather admirably; there have been no issues with it standing up to the wind. As the later pictures show it is dry inside. The last photo shows water beaded up on the outside of the tent. The interior is roomy, and I am able to walk around comfortably. There's sufficient space to sleep several people and their gear or to use it in a less common way. It is currently doing service as a blacksmithy. There is still enough ventilation. There is enough room that the forge is in no danger of melting or burning anything. The fact that the floor can be unzipped means I can stay dry and not have to worry about dropping hot metal on fabric. The price is very reasonable for what I received, and Wayfair's customer service has been exemplary. The only complaint I have is that the raincap for the door does not have a big enough hole to fit over the door support. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. It is actually a pretty solid car port. high ceilings. I do agree with that one reviewer - if only they made the bolts a couple mm longer, it would make set up so much quicker.
