These were not hard to install, I watched a video. I really recommend a video, it makes the directions make sense. Getting it level is the hard part. Drilling the screws in was probably the harder part. The shades came the exact size I measured, kudos to the person who cuts them to size. I have ordered from Wayfair on numerous occasions and this was the first time that I have had an issue. I ordered 3 Malpass Belgian Sheer Rod Pocket Tie Up Shade by Rosecliff Heights and only received 2. I was a little disappointed when I opened the package and only saw 2.
