This shower system turned out awesome in our bathroom renovation. My husband is much handier than most and was able to install on his own. A few things you need to know what youre doing from the get-go. You have to make sure you get your tile surround just right, know where your studs are, everything. We initially had water pouring out of the door, but we quickly realized we needed to purchase a shower arm extender to point our rain shower head down rather than angled out. That simple change prevents any water from being directed at the door or the hinges. This system is plenty big, but I dont think I would want to go damage with this neo angle design. I've called and I'm waiting for some help. I ordered the Mesa 30" x 40" walk in soaker tub with shower enclosure with light and there is no light and it doesn't fit well on the bottom portion. The bottom portion says it has an inline heater but no electrician or plumber could find one and it came with no instructions and the wrong manual so we're pretty sure the wrong one got sent so I am not sure the right tub top and bottom arrived. I'm waiting for HELP as I have contractors standing by and I've spent alot of money. Pros: if I get the right thing I think it will be great, I've purchased it for my handicapped parents and we're all kind of on hold til this thing gets right.
