Sectional looks great, but 2 consoles arrived damaged - one in transit and the other likely a manufacturing defect - busted power connector. One of the chairs was also damaged. It took forever to work with Wayfair with the text support that is asynchronous and not great and phone support that seemed overly optimistic / uninformed. The two consoles were replaced. The chair could not be replaced - supposedly out of stock within days of the sectional arriving. Even though Wayfair provided an okay discount after a lot of back and forth negotiation, I was left unimpressed with the whole process. I would be very wary of buying high priced items here!. Viswa. What a steal! I had to write a review because there was only one for me to read when I ordered. I looked and looked for a camel brown, modern sectional for over a month! I had a few picked out, the cheapest one being 5,500-and that was for only partial leather, partial faux. This sectional is full buffalo leather! It also has alligator claw clips that hold it together, so it doesn’t slide around. The leather is soft and thick. The cushions are medium-firm and seem like they will hold up well-I don’t see them flattening out very soon, if at all. It’s a very comfortable sit, even with the back being lower.
