Sectional looks great, but 2 consoles arrived damaged - one in transit and the other likely a manufacturing defect - busted power connector. One of the chairs was also damaged. It took forever to work with Wayfair with the text support that is asynchronous and not great and phone support that seemed overly optimistic / uninformed. The two consoles were replaced. The chair could not be replaced - supposedly out of stock within days of the sectional arriving. Even though Wayfair provided an okay discount after a lot of back and forth negotiation, I was left unimpressed with the whole process. I would be very wary of buying high priced items here!. Viswa. At the recommendation of Design Services, we ordered the 'glass coat' to create a more 'high end' look. Unfortunately, we get a lot of natural light in this area which creates a glare. This chair rocks! Maybe just a little. The curved frame will give you that impression and perhaps the opportunity. Top-grain quilted leather, warm wood tones, and metal are a good combination. Pure Aniline top-grade cow leather. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight/heat. Some color variations are common and acceptable on vintage leather.
