As a general contractor with decades of experience under my belt, I've installed a multitude of range hoods in varying spaces and designs. Most recently, I was entrusted with fitting the 36" 600 CFM Convertible Under Cabinet Range Hood in Stainless Steel in a rather challenging, tight space for a discerning client. This task had the potential to become a daunting endeavor, but the moment the range hood arrived, it was clear that this would not be the case. The overall design of the range hood is impeccable, sleek, and modern, adding a visually striking element to any kitchen. The stainless steel construction not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also guarantees durability and longevity, a quality always appreciated by clients. The installation process was straightforward and the hood fit perfectly in the confined space. I was truly impressed with how it seamlessly blended into the kitchen design, enhancing the overall ambiance rather than appearing obtrusive or out of place. This can largely be attributed to its convertible under-cabinet feature, which is a boon for spaces with limited room. I am super impressed with this. Installation was easy except the ducting part that took some work but once installed it works so well. On the lowest setting it’s barely noticeable yet still powerful. Temperatures are much easier to contribute than my previous range, and everything I've made in the oven has come out perfectly. If I had to improve anything, it would be two things, I would appreciate dials that were easier to read. The writing on them is small and not hard to see in low light. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! I had heard some complaints about the top scratching, but I have not had any problems with that. It still looks perfect after it's cleaned. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase!. Kargo. The fan is a.little louder than my old one was, but ok. The package arrived safely(extremely well packed) and on time. The only problem we had was removing the knockout, the vent access.
