This is a very large 12x12 canopy with a wheeled bag. I missed the fact that it came with a wheeled bag and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The setup is easy and my only two criticisms are the placement of the Velcro straps on the frame, and the size of the bag. The straps end up looped directly over the hinges on every single one (see photos) so make them loose when you’re setting up the canopy. The bag it comes with barely fits this larger canopy and there is zero extra room if you want to add on the side walls later. I’ll probably get a larger bag. WE SECURED THE CANOPY TO THE GROUND WITH A VERY LARGE FOOT LONG PET TIE OUT STAKES ON EACH LEG. WE SECURED THE CANOPY TO EACH STAKE WITH SEVERAL ROUNDS OF GORILLA DUCT TAPE, AND IT DIDNT BUDGE. WE HAD A COUPLE OF VENDORS THAT WERE SO IMPRESSED THAT THEY ASK WHAT WE USED TO KEEP IT DOWN SO WELL. ALSO, I HAD OTHER VENDORS COME TO LOOK AT MY WINDCHIMES AND THEY ASKED ME WHERE WE BOUGHT OUR CANOPY, BECAUSE IT WAS NOTICEABLY COOLER UNDER OURS ON A 95 DEGREE DAY THEN IT WAS UNDER THEIR CANOPIES. The tent arrived in one box, it is heavy. It took about 5 minutes to pop the tent up. The mechanism to pop the tent is easy to use and can be done by one person. The release to collapse it is super easy. Can be stored in a bag it does not have wheels. The issue with the tent is that the sewing on the Velcro straps that attach the frame, when pulled tight show sunlight through them. So not sure if it will leak.
