I do have important advice for others when it comes to unpacking the chandelier and I've included photos as well: DO NOT just yank the chandelier arms out of the packing material because the arms are connected via wires to the round center fixture. If you yank them out you run a high risk of ruining this light before you even get it out of the box. Everything is tucked down well into the packing material, which I appreciate, but I think a note on top of these with this advice would be helpful (if the manufacturer is reading this review). This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look.
