I like everything about these runners regarding size availability, color, design, quality, weight & non-skid backing. I order a 7 foot & a 25 foot. Unfortunately I was disappointed that the runners curved when placed on the floor. Did an on-line search to see if this could be "fixed". It was suggested to use heavy duty "rug tape" & try to tape it down pulling it to make it straight. I've ordered the tape & don't have it yet so don't know if it's going to work. I also used PT decking around the outside of the posts and boxed in the whole building making it even sturdier and keeping rodents out. I used 2x6x12 also across the rear door to make it far less likely for a breakin the front is visible to me. I added two tire racks on the back wall for my winter-summer tires. I also added LED lighting inside and a security camera. Snow just rolls off.......not even a slight concern. Care instructions: vacuum, shake, and rotate the rug regularly. Remove dried spots immediately by scraping carefully towards the middle of the spot. Do not rub wet spots. Absorb moisture with paper towels, and clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Professional carpet cleaning when needed.

This rug is soft underfoot and while it’s just 2 people and 2 dogs on it for a couple days so far - it also seems to stay put without any extra assistance from grip tape or what have you - it could be a tad bit thicker for comfort but since i mainly got it to assist elderly dogs feet i am happy with it as is.
