Slightly better quality that I expected, but I hadn’t thought about the balance of it. We use it for our boots around the property and once it’s out of balance (one pair) it topples over. Nice shoe cabinet. There was one missing bolt and Wayfair was quick to respond and sent several replacement parts. My flat shoes, like Keds fit good. Four to five pair per compartment. My husband’s shoes don’t fit very well. Only two pair per compartment. We added legs to make it sit up higher than our baseboard trim for a closer wall fit. When it rains, our yard gets up to 4 of deep, sticky mud. This boot scraper works great at removing built up mud from boots and shoes. The glass panels allow you to see the shoes, though I’m considering frosting them for a cleaner look since I don’t need them visible. Taller boots may not fit unless you remove or adjust a shelf.
