The marble base is heavy, which is great for a freestanding coat tree. Some the screw holes were not pre-drilled large enough, so a small amount of hammering was necessary. Some of the small decorative pieces are very plastic-y, and the shape of the piece at the very top of the tree is odd, but otherwise the tree does what it is supposed to do, has a nice profile, and looks nice.. Spent way too long looking for the right coat rack, but I am confident I found the best fit! For the narrow space, it looks neat and does the job for a few main coats, etc but probably not equipped for heavy loads of clothing or weight. The 4 is due to different parts making up the standing section, which do not align perfectly at any of the connection points.
