It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. I needed some gym flooring for my home gym that is getting slowly put together. These went on sale and are the perfect fit. They ship wrapped and sealed well, have a slightly rubber smell that isnt going to overwhelm you while they air out, and feel great under your feet. The edges piece together nicely however you may have to lift the edge near the corner to lay 2 together so it does press the other down. Again this is not a big deal.
