These tiles were exactly what I was looking for. It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. Keep in mind you may have issues with delivery as I had several times due to damaged edges, but Wayfair had solved the issue promptly and sent me replacement tiles free of charge. Vincent. He also mentioned that, while these panels are perfectly smooth, our walls have some texture, so the botton half of the wall would not all be the same texture. I had not really considered those things! These panels are really very well-made, sturdy without being heavy, and will look great when used on a ceiling as they are intended.
